Recent clinical experience is defined as having performed at least twenty-four (24) clinical services, procedures, and/or consultations in an accredited hospital or an accredited or Medicare certified ambulatory surgery setting in the past two (2) years. The variety and type of procedures must be sufficient to cover the scope of privileges requested.
