Extra cranial carotid and vertebral artery surgery

Intraoperative angiography
Intraoperative angioplasty, balloon dilatation
Management, diseases/disorders or the arterial/venous/lymphatic circulatory systems (excludes intracranial vessels or the heart)

Peripheral Vascular Interventions to Include Diagnostic and Therapeutic Angiography, Angioplasty and Stenting
Placement of inferior vena cava (IVC) filter
Privileges include care to patients of all ages except as specifically excluded from practice
Provide care to patients in the ICU
Reconstruction, resection, repair of major vessels with anastomosis or replacement (excluding cardiopulmonary, intracranial)
Temporal artery biopsy
Thoracic outlet decompression procedures including rib resection
