CATEGORY III  (Subspecialty Training)

Training:   Must be a DO or MD and have successfully completed an approved residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and have successfully completed a fellowship in a sub-specialty of obstetrics and gynecology.   Applicant shall have demonstrated competency in the following procedures.  Certification of training and of competency shall be made by the applicant's Fellowship Director or Department chair.  This includes all procedures covered in Category I and II privileges not otherwise defined here or expanded on.
