CATEGORY III (Pediatric sub-specialists)
Training:  Successful completion of an approved residency in Pediatrics.  Successful completion of a fellowship in Pediatric sub-specialty or training in an area of pediatric specialty that may not have a fellowship program.  Certification of training and of competency shall be made by the applicant's Program Director.  
This category shall include those illnesses or problems requiring expertise acquired only during pediatric sub-specialty training or similar experience.  Those privileges addressed in Category I and Category II are included within Category III.
