Total Ankle Replacement
Those requesting TAR privileges must provide documenation of 
1. Ten (10) operative reports where they have been the lead surgeon, and with reported outcomes, OR
2. Must accumulate five (5) cases supervised by a surgeon holding privileges in rear foot and ankle reconstructive surgery
